Shark worked with Reliance brands to launch multiple diesel stores in India. As a concept diesel retail store is one of the most challenging projects to develop and execute. Every store is conceptually different and have numerous customised elements with common material palette. Diesel is the pioneer brand to bring industrial design furniture in retail and was followed by many. The wood joinery work is highly detailed, complex and involves intricate wood and metal joineries. We used hardwood and finished veneer to create wall to wall customised fixtures. The metal work is clean industrial, exposed but finished, complex weldings, usage of zinc, brass, copper and hot rolled steel.
